Shockingly poor roofers! Metal roof on 7 years, we now have to replace the roof, the wood and walls all rotted from water damage due to the roof!
There response the metal has a 40 year warranty, the metal is fine. They left metal vents on the roof un-sealed. Save yourself thousands in future repairs choose another roofer.
Replaced windows and in doing so, ripped paint off the wall and caulking between the trim and the wall but didn’t say anything about it. Landlord scheduled them to come fix it and they no-showed FIVE TIMES before actually coming to fix it. There was always some elaborate excuse. Horrendous service.
Very disappointed. Had an appointment set up for 10am and no one had shown up by 10:30am. Contacted the person who was coming they said they would arrive in 1.5hr. (Which would be 12pm). By 1:10pm no one had shown up. I called and canceled because we had other plans. No one showed up twice no delay notification, nothing mentioned to us either time. Hope you don't have an urgent matter to correct if your depending on this company.
First of all I had to chase down my representative for almost 1 week in order to get a time for when my roof repair could be done. Then I wasn’t given a time window, just they will show up on a day. I had another roofing company come out to check my roof and they pointed out that the “repair” that was done was done incorrectly.
