I have a Flat Roof so my journey began June 2023. I called Baker Roofing. Jason L. came out and measured it. Because it was a rubber roof on a home, his commercial division didn’t want to touch it. Jason continued to try to help me as my roof was 50 years old. I had pots collecting water. I waited and waited. Jason L never forgot about me. He was determined to help me. Excellent service from the initial call with Ian E & setting up an inspection/quote to completing our roof. Gerald W & the roofers were tentative, cleaned up after themselves very well, and very in touch with us which was great. I would recommend them to anyone in WNC!
