We interviewed 3 different companies including Baker to replace several of our windows, and make needed exterior repairs to some of our siding, trim, etc. From the beginning it was clear Baker was the right company to handle our project. We had a Firestone membrane roof installed on our building 5 or 6 years ago. Since then we have had a few problems that were immediately taken care of by Baker. Also, we had a bad leak and were completely stumped as to how it was happening since it would only occur on occasion and our roof was sound. Baker Roofing’s rep, Tim Thomas worked hard to find out the cause even though it was a roof drain issue and not a roofing issue. Tim and the previous rep has stood by us since we started doing... I had a fantastic experience with Baker Roofing. The consultant (Kelly) did a great job with the initial consult, and was willing to answer my (many) questions. The crew did a great job with the work itself; the PM (Joey) kept me informed throughout the process, and the crew (Boni, and the rest) did a fantastic job with the job itself.
