My wife and I just had Baker replace our windows, rotten fascia (+ gutters) and some siding and we could not be more pleased. We have a 1959 brick home that threw some curveballs that Robert, our PM, and Octavio, the lead installer, handled excellently. The Marvin windows look outstanding and Baker did a great job communicating every step of the way. We interviewed 3 different companies including Baker to replace several of our windows, and make needed exterior repairs to some of our siding, trim, etc. From the beginning it was clear Baker was the right company to handle our project. We had a Firestone membrane roof installed on our building 5 or 6 years ago. Since then we have had a few problems that were immediately taken care of by Baker. Also, we had a bad leak and were completely stumped as to how it was happening since it would only occur on occasion and our roof was sound.
