Baker Roofing and more specifically Joe and Chris far exceeded my expectations. Joe came out to my house multiple times to inspect the condition of the roof and gutters and tell me what we actually needed to do. Joe was always quick to respond and ensured I was kept in the loop of what each step of the process was going to be. I am extremely pleased in the way in which both my roof assessment and repair were handled by Baker; shout out to Ismael, Kelly and Joey for doing a great job. More recently Joey came out to assess an issue with my downspout and did a wonderful job identifying and eliminating the backup issue. I’ve had additional need for a roofing assessment on our retirement home. Kelly came out, performed an assessment and applied calk to a few areas.
