William Gurney came to inspect/estimate and Mike Healy came out to emergency tarp our chimney at 8:30 on a Saturday morning to prepare for this weekend’s storm while their teams were backed up from last weekend’s storm that caused our leak. Next day service. This, along with a more than reasonable quote for the full fix, was way more than we expected. Their company mission statement isn’t just words - it’s how they work. Earlier this week, Baker Roofing installed a beautiful shingle roof and 4 sun tunnels on my home. I was impressed with Baker from the start with sales representative, Ian Edwards who was always easy to get in touch with and promptly answered all my questions. I was equally impressed with David the project manager and the entire roofing crew. The roofers showed up on time and, but for a short lunch break, worked non-stop from 8 am-6 pm. I really enjoyed working with Joe and Chris... I had a night mare on my hands... another sketchy roofing company had me on lock down since April of 2023. Once I got out from under them my neighbor gave me Baker Roofing company number. I called Joe and he came out and gave me a quote without any crazy Public adjuster interference like that other sketchy roofing company.
