We interviewed 4 different roofing companies in Greensboro but picked Baker roofing. Joe Claffe in sales was our first contact and he was very personable, knowledgeable and all in all just a nice person. He helped me decide on the right roofing and we decided to hire them. Their supervisors Chris and Dalton came out to make sure tarps were down and the roofers protected the windows and plants and also checked that the roofers wore their harnesses on our steep roof. Ian Edwards came out to give an estimate and recommendations on a gutter issue I was having. I knew he was different than others that had come out by his hands-on and straightforward approach. We engaged Baker Roofing to get an estimate on some exterior repair work for a house we were under contract on. They were friendly, straight forward, and Rob and Stephen were a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the sale fell through so we did not end up needing their services but they will be my first call if I need any work in the future.
