We used Baker Roofing to do siding replacement, installing a new front door, new sliding door to our deck, new windows in our kitchen, and replacing two gutters. In general, I felt the company's crew did a great job with the quality of their work, and we would definitely use them again.

Our first interaction with Baker Roofing Company occurred a couple of years ago for both a leak and some gutter issues. The estimator texted me back, and assumed I no longer wanted the estimate. I was sent a "goodbye we're sorry to see you go" email with a dead link for my input. There was, clearly, no interest from anyone in the chain of command to try and remedy the situation. Believe what people show you. Customer service allows opportunities from mistakes, it's how you distinguish your brand.
