Needed a replacement window(s) for our bathroom. Had Baker (Robert) come out to review and provide options. Out of all the contractors, they are the only ones who gave multiple quotes of options with pricing. We decided to go with a non-opening large obscured picture window. I figured it would take months from order to installation, but we ordered in January and it is now installed in March. Pete then handled the project and had his crew install. I had a number of companies inspect my roof and Joe Claffee was the most professional, low pressure, factual salesperson providing a proposal. As I considered my options Joe came back to meet and answer additional questions rather than emailing. Chris Hall checked in prior to the scheduled work to confirm the date and answer any questions. He was on site during the work as was Joe and inspected the finished product and ensured the site was clean before leaving.
