After searching high and low I finally found someone that would work on the roof of our historical home in Winston Salem. Joe Clafee was prompt, courteous, and walked me through…step by step what to expect and when. Tom Baiunco came through on budget and ahead of schedule keeping me informed throughout the project. We were concerned about a warped shingle on the older part of our roof. Will Gurney from Baker Home Exteriors did an awesome job assessing and fixing the shingle, reassuring us that it wasn't anything to be concerned about. He did not upsell or suggest replacing the roof, but instead dealt with that spot. We appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, and ability to explain the situation. We recommend Baker.

Just hady roof and cedar shake installed by Gerald W and his team and I could not be happier. I was helped at every step of the process by Ian E and Steve B who both went out of the way to help me after roof was damaged in Helen. The level of customer service does not get better.
