Never again. I had a tree fall down and scrape the edge of my roof on December 31st. The good- Called Baker Roofing and a crew rescheduled their holiday time with their families and came out to inspect damage and tarp it (another storm was coming). Given all that, I was determined to give them my business going forward. They came back and fixed the roof. According to them, there was no damage to the decking, just some shingles. Baker Roofing replaced the roof on our home and detached barn a few years ago and I needed a small repair job caused by a loose satellite dish. We Joe Claffe inspected the roof, sent me a quote the very same day and then Mason and his team came to take care of this small job. Baker Roofing and more specifically Joe and Chris far exceeded my expectations. Joe came out to my house multiple times to inspect the condition of the roof and gutters and tell me what we actually needed to do. Joe was always quick to respond and ensured I was kept in the loop of what each step of the process was going to be. I highly recommend Baker Roofing. James and his crew were both friendly and efficient. James found the source of the leak quickly. He showed me several before and after photos of the process while taking the time to explain everything throughly.
