Wow! Haven’t done business with a company that communicates this much and is so trustworthy. Highly highly recommend! From start to finish Bill and Ian were both involved with the process of repairs to my roof and follow up to ensure we were happy with service. I also thought I needed gutter guards (newly purchased home) and Ian informed me that we already had them. A++++ don’t hesitate to contact this company for your roofing needs small or large.

I'm very pleased with the quality and attention to detail Baker provided. Our project manager, Mike Healy, went above and beyond to ensure we would be satisfied with the end result, even identifying a couple design choices I hadn't thought of. We enjoyed working with Ian to plan our reroof project here in Asheville. He even designed a remedy for some damaged siding and old chimney. The price was very competitive. We were very pleased with our onsite team leader David. He was with us all 4 days and did a good job with communication and keeping the team focused, especially during the bad winter weather. We are very pleased with the final result and will use and recommend Baker Roofing to anyone in the future.
