I contacted multiple roofing companies for quotes and Baker Roofing was the only one that responded with a detailed quote in a timely manner. Joe Claffee looked inspected my roof and provided me with detailed information about what need to be done. Anytime I had questions he returned my call or text promptly, and once the work was completed he made contact with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results. They came out to give me an estimate for my roof and gutters. The sales rep showed up on time and sent me a quote for both. I agreed to the gutter contract and they gave me a date they would show up. They were a no show. Go with someone else!

Baker Roofing was the quickest company to respond and immediately scheduled an appointment to survey the damage. Ian showed up at the scheduled time and examined the entire roof including the chimney, not just the leak, and explained what he was looking for about an hour. He later called to clarify points and provided the best estimate. The project manager, Nehemiah gave us three days’ notice, said the crew would arrive early, and that the project would take 2-3 days.
