We enjoyed working with Ian to plan our reroof project here in Asheville. He even designed a remedy for some damaged siding and old chimney. The price was very competitive. Excellent customer service! I had William and Joey out today to determine where a leak was occurring. They spent 2 hours checking everything and determined where the leak was coming from and fixed it promptly! Extremely professional and good people to work with! We have used Baker Roofing several other times for various needs and we have always been happy with their work and with all of their staff! Highly recommend! They stand behind their work and we will continue to use them!

Recently Baker Roofing Company replaced the roofing shingles on our house. The appointment for the inspection was set up by the home office and quote provided by Joe Claffee. Joe arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the roof and attic space to provide the quote. Joe is very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. Excellent work, fair price and wonderful customer service. Ian Edwards and David Mathisen were a great team from the quote through the installation. I've had many roofs installed and this was the best experience yet. I am very happy with the roof and would recommend them.
