Ian made multiple visits to the house to inspect not only the gutters, but also inspected the fascia, and even climbed into the attic to observe the roof and look out for any abnormalities. We had damage to our roof from the storm that came through in December of 2022. I asked around and several people whom I work with recommended Baker roofing. From my first call to Joe he was completely involved and incredibly helpful. Joe is a wealth of knowledge. He came out to my home just a few days after I spoke with him. We're very happy with our roof replacement! Ian Edward's initial inspection of our roof was very thorough and he pointed out issues and provided solutions to fix the issue. He also explained their process and options. He was very considerate, respectful, flexible with his schedule, and ensured that the work was done on days that didn't impact our sleep schedule (working 3rd shift). Ian did a great job checking over the roof during the inspection and pointed out potential causes for the leak I was having. He chose a perfect match for the current shingles that were on my house. Paul did a great job installing the new shingles and flashing.
