Their new floor is Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) Flooring, which is the hottest trend in flooring. LVT flooring is extremely durable. They can stand up to years of use even in high traffic areas such as kitchens and basements. Hardwood flooring typically would need to be refinished from time to time but Luxury Vinyl flooring doesn’t! LVT flooring can quickly be installed in just a few days, unlike hardwood flooring which may take weeks to install. If there is a problem with your LVT flooring, repairs can be made rather easily. The contractor (Bartlett Contracting) would come back and replace the damaged plank(s). Since luxury vinyl doesn’t lose color or sheen, the replacement plank will look the same as the old one.
