I’m thankful to have found Basement Gurus. We had water come into our basement when we had heavy rain and I didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I thought we’d have to dig around our entire foundation and seal all the foundation walls from outside but Basement Gurus took care of the problem from the inside and saved us thousands of dollars. We felt mislead by sales and had difficulty with the contractors who Gurus hired to complete the job. They were “okay” at best. The customer service team was responsive and helped make things right but if I had the choice to do it again, knowing what I know, I would choose a different organization.
You still have a warranty with us with your system, during these heavy rains that you just had we did not hear from you so I'm assuming that your system is still working and functioning correctly. I'm sorry about any issues you had

I had my basement waterproofed and I'm very happy with this investment. I no longer have to run down the basement when it rains hard and grab the vacuum and towels to soak up the water. The crew was efficient and now that the cement has dried I really appreciate the extent of the work performed. With all the cement I saw them use and all the concrete broken up and removed, you would never know it because clean up was impeccable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone.
