After getting an estimate from another company, Basement Gurus offered us a much better system for a much lower price. We had a large and complicated job to do, and the crew finished it all beautifully. Since then, we’ve had several tropical storms, and not a drop of water in the house.
Josh came by to give me a free estimate and he was very knowledgable, and professional. Multiple contractors in Lancaster County have told me how good of a job he does and I was happy to have him in my home. He doesn't offer the cheapest prices but he is not the most expensive either. He offers a battery operated pump, he will take care of any permits that you need, and you pay for quality products. He does a lot of the work himself and he commits to bringing you quality work.
Josh was honest and thorough about my problem and scheduled the work super fast. His crew completed the job in 2 days. They were hard fast workers. Some miscommunication on when to resume some normalcy in the basement, and a little too soon to see 100% results, but overall looks great. Josh continues to be helpful even after his job is essentially completed.
