            **update** yes, they did come back and fix our issue. However, the owner had said he’d get me a corrected quote on a concrete patio, which was one thing they were originally supposed to do. I sent him photos and never heard back. I had already made my review better, so I guess he no longer had a reason to follow through on his word. Great customer service. Our window well is installed with proper grading and we’re confident we will not have future water issues.

            Met with Philip Thistle, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything they had available, and was detailed through every step. While we determined that what i needed to do wasn't something serious or immediate, I did not feel pressured to purchase a service i didn't need. I'd certainly recommend Philip and Basement Guru's for any future projects.
