They did a great job! After having a few different companies come out and suggest what was needed, their recommendation seemed correct and the price fair. Steve the sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was deeply concerened about the dust involved in creating a french drain and sump pump system in the concrete floor. Dan was so helpful, he came out to see our basement the same day we had water, did an inspection and cleaned it all up! Now he’s coming back this week to install the sump pump for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend them!!

I spend a lot of time in the office now doing marketing and just office things lol so it's really refreshing and invigorating when I can go out and truly help someone. My passion was always to help the client in good things will happen. Let the rest fall in line and don't be a weasel. When people are in distress a lot of people like to take advantage of them in that situation. Like an opening in their armor. But instead I like to be the one putting the blanket around them and getting them over to the fire to warm up. If you don't have a passion to truly help people and you don't love people don't be in this industry, residential construction. The feeling I got alone from helping you Catherine was worth More money than we have on Earth. Thanks for being a great part of the Guru family! You're an amazing individual and we have your back with this thing for life! Looking forward to waterproofing your house this week and really showing you how amazing our system is and testing it personally for you. I only wish I could meet every one of our clients but we do so much work in the tri-state and Maryland. I would be bouncing from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to Maryland and to Wilmington like a ping pong ball.
