**update** yes, they did come back and fix our issue. However, the owner had said he’d get me a corrected quote on a concrete patio, which was one thing they were originally supposed to do. I sent him photos and never heard back. I had already made my review better, so I guess he no longer had a reason to follow through on his word.

While we determined that what i needed to do wasn't something serious or immediate, I did not feel pressured to purchase a service i didn't need.
