I've only had an estimate appointment so far, but Josh the project manager explained things well enough that I understood what the issues were and multiple different strategies to mitigate them based on budget and necessity, from the bare minimum to keep the basement dry to full finishing. Probably going to cost a lot of money no matter which route I go, but at least I know why.
