After our basement flooded for the second time, we hired the Basement Gurus to put in a french drain and sump pump. They gave us a fair quote, explained the process well, and didn't try to upsell or scam us like some contractors do. The only frustration was that they left quite a mess behind - on areas that were recently renovated. However they responded quickly when I contacted them, and came out and cleaned up. I would recommend the Basement Gurus!
