Dan Kelly says he will address any issues in the system. We had flooding due to poor drainage from neighbors run off even though we live up on high ground. Dan helped design a system to divert the water around and further away from our finished basement. When the 6 inch PCV drain pipes they buried a couple inches under was overwhelmed in heavy downpour, they came back out twice to attempt necessary changes to keep water out of the basement.
