I needed some egress windows and decided to search online when I came across Basement Gurus. They worked with me until the project was completed. Everyone was great. Steve was kind and stayed in contact with me. Boni is absolutely amazing. She emailed, texted and called me. Anytime I called her, she answered the phone. She worked along with the county for me until they were satisfied with the work and passed my inspection. I will definitely use them again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND basement gurus.

Very satisfied with team from BG. Had basement leaks for years where a new home addition connected to the original foundation. Team was very polite, professional and hard working. My wife commented she could hardly tell they were here because the spots they dug out were put back and cleaned up so well. Only feedback to BG is the need for a tighter handoff from the estimator that wrote up the order and the team that showed up to do the work. Fortunately I was home and able to show the crew ... Basement Gurus were so great to work with. From my first meeting with the PM Josh, to the crew and the finished work. Josh was transparent from the beginning about everything. Thoroughly walked me through the process, explaning the options I had, laying out a plan, sketching out the work and just top notch communication back and forth with any questions or concerns I had leading up to and even after the work was done. The crew that did my basement was incredible. Plastic wrap was put up everywhe... Read more
