Waited a month for an appointment only to have them call hours before to tell me that they can’t service my house—it’s too far out of range. I spoke to multiple representatives on the phone prior to the appointment. Even got a name for the tech I was supposed to expecting. I know it’s not the end of the world, but it’s frustrating moving my schedule around to coordinate what works best for them and losing time on an issue that could be fixed by now.
