Josh and his team were able to help me with new sump pump and mold removal. Josh was able to provide me an estimate on Friday and have his crew come that Saturday to fix everything! Water in the basement is a scary expensive thought but this team helped ease any anxiety i had. They answered all my questions i had, provided me updates as they worked on the basement, and kept my house clean as they removed the mold. Very professional! I have more work that does need to be done in the basement and ... Read more

I had my 1st appointment with John who was an exceptional & very personable salesman. He was polite and thorough. No sneaking around prices, showed the materials that would be used, explained everything. I felt very confident about using this company. He was on time and the price was affordable. No hidden fees. I was told the office would contact me with a time and date, and everything after that was 100%. i would refer this company, especially salesman John to anyone looking for service.

Josh and the team were kind and reasonable, and did an excellent job explaining each piece of the process. I delayed writing a review because I wanted it to rain a few times -- so far, so good! Don and his team were fast, courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. Do your research, but you may come back to Basement Gurus as I did.
