Had a great experience working with Josh, Arik, and the whole crew at Basement Gurus for my drainage install needs at my house. We were getting water in a finished area and the crew came in and demo’s and installed the new system in just two days. Was overall a great experience and would recommend using them!

Hi Jeff and thanks for the great review from landenberg PA! We do a lot of work out in landenberg Pennsylvania and I'm glad we could be there for you sir! I'm glad we were also able to help with your French drain or waterproofing system depending on what you call it! But what it is is a pressure relief system! Arek is really the best in the business and I'm so glad that he was your Foreman! We also offer a lifetime warranty and a transferable warranty for your home so thank you so much for being part of the guru family forever

I searched for companies that can take care of a water leak in my basement. I choose to get estimates from 3 companies. 2 Estimates were unrealistic and one made sense and was within my budget. I read reviews and I dropped the two other companies. Josh the contact point for BASEMENT GURUS was extremely professional and extremely polite. I signed the contract and ball started rolling. My appointment day came. I heard from 3 people that includes the boss of the company, Josh and Boni. Each one mad... Read more

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We know you had options, and we're grateful you chose Basement Gurus for your basement waterproofing. Josh and Boni will be glad to hear their communication made a difference - keeping homeowners informed every step of the way is a big part of how we work. Sealing wall cracks and stopping leaks for good, at a fair price, is exactly what our crews do every day, whether it's basement waterproofing or foundation repair in New Holland, Leola, Willow Street or anywhere across Lancaster County. Enjoy your dry basement, and thank you for recommending us!

Josh was great to work with. He showed up right on time, took a careful look at the issue we’re having, and explained what he was seeing in a way that actually made sense. He offered a lot of helpful suggestions that were practical and reasonable—and I really appreciated that he wasn’t trying to oversell anything. He also shared his own experience with similar situations and even recommended I reach out to a landfill expert based on what he noticed, which felt honest and genuinely helpful. Overa... Read more

Thanks for the great review about Josh!!! He works really hard for his customers in Philadelphia preparing their waterproofing and foundation repair estimates! I've never seen an individual try harder to please his clients than Josh Massaro does! He works tirely preparing the work orders and contracts of potential clients and repeat clients on all structural repairs, waterproofing repairs, waterproofing Foundation repairs, basement leaks, basement cracks, and he also works on Stone foundations, concrete foundations, and cinder block foundations preparing these estimates! Basement gurus can also build you a walkout entrance, basement gurus can do an egress window for you, and they can fix both of these as well! Thanks for the great feedback about Josh and Philadelphia
