I’m thankful to have found Basement Gurus. We had water come into our basement when we had heavy rain and I didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I thought we’d have to dig around our entire foundation and seal all the foundation walls from outside but Basement Gurus took care of the problem from the inside and saved us thousands of dollars. They also took care of some mold we had because of the water issue. They were reasonably priced and their system works great!
We felt mislead by sales and had difficulty with the contractors who Gurus hired to complete the job. They were “okay” at best. The customer service team was responsive and helped make things right but if I had the choice to do it again, knowing what I know, I would choose a different organization.
