          I used basement guru months ago to waterproof basement and install French drain and pump system. I was a bit displeased that my quoted price was changed mid job despite getting many guarantees before that they would not…but lo and behold “big concrete thing that will require a lot more work”. Anyway…despite some initial seepage within the first two weeks or so with heavy rain, the basement has stayed dry and I’ve been very pleased with that.
