You can patronize us anytime lol I assumed you meant let others know about us since you are an excellent real estate agent! We look forward to doing free estimates for all of your real estate customers that you have and helping any other real estate agents in the area! We offer lunch and learns to all of our great real estate offices in the tri-state in Maryland. And the realtors that we work with get a great deal of information about waterproofing with our presentation

"I really appreciate Josh taking the time to come out, look over everything, and explain what he found. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to discuss the problems and possible solutions with me. It's not easy to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help. I'm glad I found him through this platform. As an out-of-state landlord, I highly recommend Josh to other out-of-state landlords who have to take care of home repairs from a distance — it's a relief to have someone... Read more

Thanks for the four star review! I wish you had to just called us first so we could take care of the little hiccup. Because a four-star review hurts us more than helps. If you want to see what we can do to make this a five-star experience please call the office tomorrow. Thanks Bruce
