Basement gurus have been a light in our stressful home buying experience. Our seller refused to do the work that we agreed on but Steve stayed in communication with us and explained what needed to be done and schedule the work. He graciously meet with our relator and seller multiple times to make sure everyone was on the same page. The office staff was so polite and responsive when scheduling. Living in Philadelphia, I get water in my basement all the time. Basement gurus did a french drain and installed a sump pump and I haven’t seen water since. Funky smell is gone too. Workers were trustworthy and professional. Very happy with the service
