Have been getting some quotes on getting some water proofing done in the basement. John Ford came out on the initial appointment and helped explain what the work would entail. After the first appointment, I had some extra questions and John not only took my call but came back out that very night. I can't tell you how much I appreciate his time to make sure all my concerns are met and taken care of. I'll be working with John only from here out.
