TL;DR: Listen to Josh and Basement Gurus. He's honest, and they work with integrity. Unbeatable price for the product and service you get. I had Josh and his crews out to do multiple projects for me after noticing worsening water intrusion in my home. At first, water was simply coming in around one conduit / service entrance.
