I did not use them, but when Lucas came out, he was so professional and giving my estimate and very friendly. He is very knowledgeable about what had to be done. I felt that the estimate was very fair but unfortunately, I went with Cinda Block columns instead of Jack’s. I would definitely recommend this company anyone

I had quite a bit of water coming into my basement bc my neighbor had a burst pipe. When Josh arrived, he was on time and super professional. He was also very thorough in making assessments; he took the time to explain all the things that would cause moisture to accumulate in my basement. Ultimately, I didn't need to have waterproofing -- he was very transparent about that, which I appreciated. In the future if I ever need waterproofing services, I'll call Basement Gurus again!
