I had a great experience working with this company. From the start of the job to the finish, I couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service and professionalism of the crew. It’s been almost a year now and I still don’t have a drop of water in my basement and I can only think the gurus and my decision-making for that. I interviewed four companies and they were the most professional and as far as pricings goes, they were right in the middle.

We had mold and water issues in our basement. We called up basement gurus and they came out the next day gave us a quote and explained everything we needed to have done. We had to have a full French drain, new sump pump installed and epoxy coat on the floor. Water was seeping into my basement crawlspace for years. Basement Gurus came out and assessed that most of the problem was likely caused by trapped water in my front yard. They tied my rain gutters into the French drain, added a couple of tiny retention basins in low spots and despite significantly heavy rainfalls, I haven't had a drop of water inside since. Best money I ever spent! Highly recommend!
