Overall they did great work. No water in our basement. It did take a second time of them coming out to fix our issue. Also wish communication was a little better.

Basement Guru did a superb job installing 2 sump pumps. I was amazed at how hard they worked & what was entailed to complete the job. I had a few concerns that I discussed with the owner Josh. Overall, it was a good job. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball with respect to the mold remediation. The mold remediation was incomplete. The subfloor was damp & full of mold as well as a door. I ended up having to have someone else remove the flooring. Was not happy.
Basement gurus did a great job on my basement. They went through everything with me and took their time explaining all that they were doing and going to do. After all was finished they then went over all that was done again and were so professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get waterproofing done.
I needed some walls cemented in the basement and garage. The crew did fine work. The work took a little more than a day.
