Hubby and I just happened to be at a home show not long after another storm and a wet basement. We saw the BWS booth and set up an appointment. Few days later Mike came ON TIME , measured, showed us the products , a time frame for the work to be done ( one day) and gave us a quote! Got us financing at that time and we scheduled the date. Basement waterproofing did a very good job but there were hiccups along the way. They did not initially put the sump pit in the right place but they came back and had to create another hole. They did not complain about having to do a major change. Sign of good service.

They did an excellent job! It’s been over three years ago and we experienced many huge rainstorms since then and the crawl space is dry as well a bone, sump pump working like it should. I highly recommend them.
