The crew came promptly on schedule, were very professional and additionally took care to keep the surrounding area clean from debris. I spoke with Justin, the service manager, and he was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me, even though the issue wasn’t related to their past work. Basement waterproofing specialist came over to my home to do an inspection. They were really informative, kind, and on time. I was worried one of the walls in my basement was a problem but they explained I have nothing to worry about. You got to love when a business is honest and transparent. If I ever need their services they will be the first I will call.
