After dealing with water in the basement, BWS installed an interior french drain. Great team to work with, very professional and clean-up was excellent. Had a minor water issue after, but they came the next day to address. Happy to report that after several rain events the basement is dry!!

A job well done. We had water in cellar every time it rained hard (5+ inches of flooding during those catastrophic rain “events.”)BW installed their drain system and new pump. So far so good. Crew was efficient and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I only wish we had done it sooner and saved ourselves years of stress.

We wanted to go with Basement Waterproofing Specialists for our basement but the lack of communication is ridiculous. Aaron was helping us with paperwork and I called him on 2/28 and he said he didn’t get a chance to look at it but would later and call me back. Never heard anything.
