Referred to this company to install structural supports in my crawl space. Originally they put in non compliant equipment in a shoddy manner. I had to look up building codes and take pictures because it didn't look right. Not only was I correct, I had to argue the point to their internal engineering supervisor and send them the code language to finally get them to admit to performing the correct repairs. I reached out to this company for two small cracks in my foundation. They came out and recommended underpinning. They weren’t too pushy but did talk up lifetime guarantees. Price seemed good so I said ok. They gave me a contract with diagrams and a date to come. Over the weekend I realized I may need a permit because this was altering the structure of the house.
