I was told by another company that upon inspection that my 22 foot main beam in my crawl space was cracking and sagging. I had already spent quite a bit of money with the other company and something just didn't sit right with me, so I called other companies for a second opinion. I was nervous about my crawl space. The previous owners and real estate agents did the bare minimum just to sell the home. This company came in, the a detailed inspection of the crawlspace and were able to walk us through what needed to be done. They were prompt and professional and quick. They even did some minor adjustments to further improve the prevention of moisture and mold. I would definitely recommend them.
