Four-year update: Basement Waterproofing Specialists installed my sump pump in 2021 and did an excellent job. It is now 2026 and the pump is still working great with zero issues. Very happy with the quality of their work!

Had them build a retaining wall in the basement to secure stone foundation which was necessary to stop water infiltration. Installed a french drain system and sump system which included a battery backup sump pump. These quys worked extremely hard all the time while on site. This was about a 2 week project completed in November of 2022. We had a problem with the battery backup pump some time after the project was completed.
