It's been several months since BWS Waterproofing has installed a new sump pump and waterproofed the basement. The crew assessed the area and our home and made easy fix solutions we could do ourselves. They stand by their guarantee. The job required a minor adjustment which BWS responded quickly and courteously. Our basement is so dry there is no need to run a dehumidifier. THANK YOU BWS!!

I emailed them and got a reply in a matter of hours. Came to my home next day, examined what needed to be done. Explained all in detail and finalized a fair price. Our problem: Heavy rains consistently resulted in backup and water intrusion through and over basement walls. A very expensive, long delayed, and non-resolution of the problem by another contractor kept us searching. Found BWS in the Clipper Mailer, called for an appointment on a Monday, spent several hours with Vince on Wednesday, scheduled Major Project , (Inside French drain and much more) which was completed in 1 day, on Friday.
