Basement waterproofing Townsend DE (Kent County):
This family's cellar was flooding every time it rained. We were able to diagnose the source of the problem. While it was a complex fix, our crews rose to the occasion and stopped the water from entering the basement using a combination of exterior drainage and a level 8 basement waterproofing system.

Lina, We apologize for your negative experience with our company. We take all feedback seriously, including concerns regarding any of our work to ensure quality assurance moving forward. Before completing work in customer's basements, we make everyone aware that all items in the immediate area will have to be moved in order to install our system. Our inspectors are trained to mention this during their consultation and it’s also mentioned within our mutual contract to make sure proper expectations are set. It is necessary for finished exterior walls or closets connected to the exterior walls to be removed in order for the drain to go through those areas which is why your linen closet would have been cut into. This is the same for any appliances that may be in the way as the trenching and fresh concrete needs time to cure before they can be put back. Typically, this is discussed during the initial inspection as a customer may opt to have someone from our company return to move things back or reinstall finishings. We will be sure to follow up with Dean and reiterate the importance of mentioning these details during his inspections so proper expectations are met. Following the installation at your home, you contacted us to make us aware of the issues you were having in which Riley asked if you could forward us some photos so we could see what would need to be corrected prior to having someone return. Unfortunately, it seems you had mistaken the phone number to send the photos to and the process was halted for two days. Once we cleared up the miscommunication, we offered to send a technician out on the next business day but you declined to have us return and then abruptly ended the call. We do apologize the foreman never made you aware of the damaged window and we will be reprimanded as our company does not tolerate negligence when it comes to reporting damages during our jobs. We are very sorry that you still have a negative view of our workmanship, and the offer still stands to correct these issues. We ask that you please contact management if you wish to discuss things further or set up a return visit.
