Basement Waterproofing Specialists did a great job installing a French drain and pump system in our basement. The team was clean, quick, and professional. I appreciated them taking the time to explain the system and the process and answer our questions. Would definitely recommend them.
Little disappointed with this company. We had an issue with water coming into our basement. Two sales guys came out and were great. Explained everything to us in great detail. Told us we would pick where the second sump pump would go (we have 2 already, but said if we wanted to move it, we could), how much space to clear in our basement for the work, it would take a day and that we have mold so they will spray same day. I chose this company to fix my constantly wet basement and so far have been very pleased with the outcome. The workers came early in the morning and got right to work. The process was only a couple of days even though it was a lot (removing our walls, putting pipes in the ground, putting concrete, etc). Since their waterproofing, our basement hasn't had any problems with flooding at all. Overall a very good experience.
They installed sub standard quality system, had leak few months after at exactly same place. They failed to identify the source of water and just rushed installing system and charging.
They have refused to take responsibility of the issue, though they claim to provide lifetime warranty.
They also do not have any Phone for support/services in today's age, Your call goes to their voicemail and it takes 3-4 days for them to response. They are just focused on selling everything possible.
