Did my basement did a grate job everyone was nice went well above and beyond cleaned up mess and my basement was a mess after the rain storm trust me them guys came in the rain told me not to worry and Took weight off of my shoulders grate job

I would recommend Basement waterproofing specialists without any doubt in a heart beat! Any little bit of rain and my basement and yard would start to flood. Bill and Shane with BWS came out within a week and gave a very informative quote. And an extremely reasonable price! They scheduled me within a week and the Forman Sebastian was there with his crew right on time (actually a little earlier) ;) the job was complete within 48 hours. Very satisfied! The foreman was nice and they came and did the work when expected but my husband had a brand new drill stolen and the company refuses to acknowledge this or accept responsibility. How are you supposed to trust people coming into your home when they apparently allow stealing without consequence? I have more of an issue with the lack of accountability rather then the work that was done. I would never recommend this company. Update: I’m updating from 1 star to 4. I can't believe it's finally dry! I purchased my home knowing the basement had a water issue. Every time it rained whether it was a little or a lot I'd have water in my basement and my (not ideally placed) sump pump would be going off like crazy. BWS came out and gave me a quote on my job and I was shocked at the price, it was a lot of money. But for me it was money well spent.
