Like so many others, we got hammered by hurricanes Henri and Ida. Fortunately, we signed a contract with Basement Waterproofing Specialists on Sept 2 for work to be performed on Sept 23. Due to forecasted thunderstorms, they called to cancel on Sept 22 and I was told that they would be reaching out to reschedule. I waited a week and called them to check-in, they told me to wait. I waited some more, called in again, as was given the same line with the caveat that it's ok if we found someone else ... Read more
