The foreman was nice and they came and did the work when expected but my husband had a brand new drill stolen and the company refuses to acknowledge this or accept responsibility. How are you supposed to trust people coming into your home when they apparently allow stealing without consequence? I can't believe it's finally dry! I purchased my home knowing the basement had a water issue. Every time it rained whether it was a little or a lot I'd have water in my basement and my (not ideally placed) sump pump would be going off like crazy. BWS came out and gave me a quote on my job and I was shocked at the price, it was a lot of money. But for me it was money well spent.
