After receiving multiple quotes on a foundation issue that we had, we went with Basement Waterproofing Specialists. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and not pushy at all. They allowed us to take the time to make the right decision. Their method of handling cinder block basements with crack/foundation issues made the most sense to fix compared to the other basement companies out there. They were very clean and in and out of our house in no time. Highly recommend them.

I had been dealing with a leak in my finished basement for quite some time. I thought the leak was coming from outside based on several factors and had done several things to fix the problem, but nothing worked. In October 2020, Lloyd from Basement Waterproofing Specialists came out, examined the issue, and gave me his opinion of what was happening. These specialists showed up on time and finished early, even cleaning up after the work was completed. They installed a sump pump and ran a drain throughout the entire basement. We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company. No wonder they're the most accredited service in the area. We really appreciated the solid hole cover to keep the area safe for the kids.

During the first visit, the specialist Anthony was able to see what the problems were. He was on time, attentive and even gave his expertise. The staff came out to dig and make the French drains, put down the piping and install a new sump pump. Great job and very nice staff
