Could not have received better service from Mike! We inherited this waterproofing system from the previous homeowners, but had trouble with water in the basement so I asked them to send someone to take a look. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and stayed two hours to fix it, even though it was the result of the previous homeowners accidentally sabotaging the system while (presumably) working on some other problem. We had a great experience. Our Inspector was very knowledgeable and listed to our concerns. He was able to find the best way to address the water problem in our basement. The work started in a timely manner . The work crew and Forman were great. The forman went over everything with me before and after the work was completed. He answered all of my questions. I wanted to wait a year after the work was done. Mostly to see the quality of the work performed. I'm happy to say that the BWS does still work. My basement (my home was built on a reclaimed swamp land) has never been drier. BWS crew were very professional, on time and were outstanding.
